Purpose of the Service

www.campaign-ai.com provides artificial intelligence-based software for managing Google Ads campaigns, aimed at facilitating the optimization and automatic administration of advertising campaigns. This service is available to users worldwide, and the contractual relationship is governed by Spanish law.

Usage Limitations and Liability

GalGom Solutions provides advanced tools for campaign management but does not guarantee specific performance or financial results for individual advertising campaigns. The company assumes no responsibility for the success or failure of campaigns managed through Campaign AI, nor for the effects of settings configured by the user or the software.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, source code, and elements of campaign-ai.com are the exclusive property of GalGom Solutions and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or transformation without the express authorization of GalGom Solutions is strictly prohibited.

Service Modifications

GalGom Solutions reserves the right to make changes or updates to the platform without prior notice to enhance its functionality or adapt it to changes in applicable regulations. Should these changes affect the terms of service, users will be duly informed.

Contracting Conditions

Monthly Subscription and Payment

Campaign AI operates on a monthly subscription model, with costs and billing details clearly specified on the website. Payments are processed through secure third-party systems such as PayPal and Stripe. Users are responsible for any applicable fees associated with these payment platforms, which are determined directly by PayPal and Stripe and are added to the subscription price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their profile before the next monthly renewal date. After cancellation, access to the software will continue until the end of the already-paid period, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Upon ceasing use of Campaign AI, the user’s Google Ads account will revert to its original configuration prior to the software’s intervention. Optimizations made by Campaign AI will no longer apply, and previous settings will be restored.

Automatic Renewal and Termination

The monthly subscription will renew automatically unless the user cancels in advance. Cancellation can be processed through the user profile and will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Electronic Invoicing

The client agrees to receive invoices for the contracted services in electronic format. Invoices will be sent to the email address registered in the user’s Campaign AI account unless otherwise requested via an express notification.

Disclaimer of Liability

GalGom Solutions does not guarantee specific advertising results and assumes no responsibility for the performance or outcomes of campaigns managed through Campaign AI. Additionally, the company is not liable for any financial or income losses that users may experience due to software errors or the automated management of advertising campaigns.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from the use of the platform or the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. The contractual relationship is fully governed by Spanish law, regardless of the country from which the platform is accessed.
